1. About this site

findacoffeecart.com (the "Site") is a directory of mobile coffee cart and coffee catering businesses operated by The Coffee Hustle Playbook™ ("TCHP," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Directory listings and accuracy

Listings describe independent third-party businesses. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for, any listed business, its services, pricing, availability, or conduct. Listing information may be compiled from public sources or submitted by businesses and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify details directly with a business before booking. Any transaction you enter with a listed business is solely between you and that business.

Event inquiries and quotes

Event planners may submit an inquiry free of charge, with no obligation to book. With the city-wide sharing consent in the current form, an event preview is automatically offered to all eligible listed vendors in the selected event city and state. Vendors with a checked business email who have not paused inquiry offers are eligible. Customer names, company names, exact addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and private event notes stay hidden until a vendor chooses to purchase access and payment is confirmed. That vendor may then contact the planner about the request. We do not guarantee a vendor match, response, quote, availability, price, or response time.

A submission receipt or vendor acknowledgment confirms receipt only; it does not reserve a cart or confirm a booking. You are responsible for confirming the scope of service, venue requirements, pricing, payment, cancellation terms, and any other booking conditions directly with your selected vendor. The vendor provides the service and contracts directly with you. Existing directory businesses do not need a separate vendor signup to receive these offers. A listing does not mean the business has accepted an inquiry, agreed to a lead purchase, or confirmed availability. Inquiry information must be accurate and submitted with permission to share the contact information provided. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle inquiries. Your budget does not determine which city vendors receive an offer. Requests that need a location or safety check may be held for staff review. Earlier inquiries retain the sharing permission given when they were submitted; they are not automatically expanded to city-wide sharing.

Optional vendor lead purchases

Existing directory businesses do not need a separate enrollment to be considered for inquiry offers. The vendor details and preferences form is optional, and event previews are free. An eligible vendor may choose to purchase access to a specific inquiry through PayPal: $5 for events with up to 50 guests, $7 for 51–150 guests, and $10 for more than 150 guests. The fee is based on the guest count supplied for that inquiry, not the customer's budget. The exact one-time price is shown before purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or commission on a booking. Merely opening, acknowledging, or declining a preview does not create a charge.

A directory listing is not treated as a vendor's acceptance of purchase terms. Each paid lead requires the vendor to accept the displayed terms and authorize that payment separately. Businesses may ask us to pause or stop future inquiry offers from their private inquiry page, by replying to an inquiry email or using our contact page.

Payment unlocks the customer contact details and event notes for that inquiry; it does not buy an exclusive lead or guarantee a reply, quote, or booking. A city-wide inquiry is offered to all eligible listed vendors in that city, and more than one vendor may purchase it. Earlier requests remain subject to the customer's original sharing permission. Vendors must use the information only to respond to that event request and must not resell it or add the customer to unrelated marketing lists. Existing free-pilot delivery links retain free access; they are not converted into purchases.

PayPal processes payments under its own terms. We do not receive your card number or PayPal password. If a payment appears duplicated, a paid inquiry cannot be opened, or a lead appears invalid, contact our team with the inquiry reference for review. Do not pay again to resolve an uncertain payment. The vendor and customer separately agree on event pricing, deposits, and any service cancellation or refund terms.

3. Listing criteria and removal

We set the criteria for inclusion, verification, and premium placement at our sole discretion, and may edit, decline, or remove any listing at any time for any reason. Verified status requires, among other things, a photo of the business's cart with its owner or staff as they would appear at an event. Sponsored and premium placements are paid and are labeled as such.

4. Photos and submitted content

By submitting a photo or other content, you represent that (a) you own the content or have all rights necessary to submit it, (b) every identifiable person shown has consented to its use here, and (c) the content does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant TCHP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt the content for operating and promoting the Site. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us.

5. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@findacoffeecart.com including the work claimed to be infringed, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We will remove or disable access to material in appropriate circumstances.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the Site at scale, submit false or misleading listings, impersonate another business, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the Site's operation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCHP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any listed business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

8. Google Maps ratings

Google ratings are currently paused. If enabled and available, you can request a business's current Google Maps rating and review count. These ratings come from the matched Google Maps business profile, may cover services beyond coffee catering, and are not an endorsement or verification by TCHP. Google Maps content and services are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
