1. Who we are
findacoffeecart.com is operated by The Coffee Hustle Playbook™ ("TCHP"). Contact: hello@findacoffeecart.com.
2. Information we collect
Business listing information (business name, city, state, website, description and business contact email), which may be compiled from public sources or submitted by businesses; contact information you provide when you email us or submit or claim a listing (name, email, business details, photos); event inquiry information you submit (name, email, optional phone number, event city and state, date or flexible-date preference, event type, guest count, indoor/outdoor setting, service-setup preference, high-volume requirement, choice of one vendor or local comparison, and optional drink preferences and notes); vendor-reported indoor/outdoor service, cart/truck/trailer options, largest past event and current guest capacity; and standard technical data collected by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs.
3. What we don't do
We do not publish customer inquiries in the directory or provide them for unrelated marketing. Eligible vendors may pay a one-time fee to receive an inquiry, as disclosed in the event form and the sharing section below. The Site does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. How we use information
To operate and improve the directory, display and verify listings, respond to inquiries, review event requests, connect event planners with local vendors, prevent spam and duplicate submissions, and communicate about listing status or offers related to the Site and TCHP. Submitting an event inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
5. Sharing
Listing content is public by design. We share data with service providers that host and operate the Site (such as our hosting and database providers) under their own safeguards, and when required by law.
Event inquiries are stored in our private database for review by authorized staff; they are not published in the directory. With the consent you give when submitting the current form, we automatically offer a limited event preview only to the business you select, or to eligible vendors in and near your event city if you choose to compare local vendors. A vendor-specific request does not silently expand to other businesses. Local comparisons can include surrounding communities and nearby vendors across state lines. Eligibility requires a checked business email and no pause on inquiry offers; a separate vendor signup is not required. We use the directory city and state and the listing’s nearest major city to select local recipients. Your indoor/outdoor setting, preferred equipment, guest count and high-volume needs are provided for vendors to assess before purchasing; they do not filter recipients of new inquiries. Vendors must confirm that they can accommodate your event. We no longer ask for a budget on new inquiries; budgets previously supplied remain part of their original private records. A nearest major city can be assigned automatically from public geographic data or selected by a vendor or administrator. It describes a directory association, not confirmed travel coverage or vendor consent. Requests needing a location or safety check may be held for staff review. A listing does not mean that a business accepted an inquiry, agreed to purchase terms, or confirmed availability for your event. Vendors receiving your inquiry are independent businesses responsible for their own handling of your information. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in event notes.
The event preview contains only the event city and state, date or flexible-date choice, event type, guest count, selected drink preferences, indoor/outdoor setting, service setup and high-volume requirement. Customer names, company names, exact addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, previously supplied budgets and private event notes remain hidden until our server confirms that vendor's payment. Access costs $5 for up to 50 guests, $7 for 51–150 guests, or $10 for more than 150 guests. Each vendor who chooses to pay may then use the details to respond to your request. Requesting quotes remains free for event planners. Earlier inquiries retain their original sharing permission and are not automatically included in broader distribution or distribution beyond their original service restrictions.
We use a listed business's contact email to send relevant inquiry offers matched to its directory city and state or nearest major city. We keep staff contact checks separate from consent a vendor gives through the optional preferences form or a paid purchase. Businesses can stop future offers from their private inquiry page, reply to an inquiry email or contact our team to request a pause.
Vendor payments
When a vendor chooses to buy a lead, PayPal handles the payment. We send PayPal the price, currency, and an internal purchase reference; we do not send the event planner's contact information, notes, or private inquiry access link. We store purchase references, payment status, amount, currency, and acceptance of the displayed purchase terms. We do not store card numbers or PayPal passwords. Our response page temporarily stores the vendor's private access token in that browser tab to resume after PayPal checkout. See PayPal's Privacy Statement for its handling of payment information.
6. Optional Google Maps ratings
Google ratings are currently paused. If this feature is enabled and you choose "Show Google rating," our server asks Google for the matched business's current rating and review count. This request identifies the business; it does not include your event brief or contact details. The returned rating is displayed for that page visit and is not saved to our directory database. Following a Google Maps link opens Google's service, where its own data practices apply. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including removal of a listing or photo — by emailing hello@findacoffeecart.com. Depending on your state of residence (for example, California), you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor verified requests consistent with those laws and do not discriminate for exercising them.
8. Data retention and security
We retain listing data while it remains published and correspondence as needed to operate the Site. Event inquiries, sharing records, and consent records are retained as needed to handle the request, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to delete your inquiry by emailing hello@findacoffeecart.com. If it has already been shared, you may also need to contact the receiving vendors about their copies. We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision. See also our Terms of Service.
